| With the rapid development of information technology,China's export enterprises have launched cross-border e-commerce.Due to the advantages of real-time,low-cost,and high-efficiency,the development of e-commerce services based on cross-border e-commerce platforms is becoming an important choice for enterprises.The research object of this paper is the enterprises that carry out export business on the cross-border e-commerce platform.From the viewpoint of platform enablement and value co-creation,the logic of the internal relationship between platform enablement,value co-creation and enterprise performance is first analyzed.An empirical test was conducted.In this paper,through combing and commenting on relevant researches on enablement and value co-creation,this paper expands the enablement theory into the platform ecosystem,tries to propose a construct for platform enablement,and analyzes the value creation logic of platform and platform sellers.On this basis,a theoretical;model for the relationship between platform enablement,value co-creation,andcorporate performance was constructed,and related research hypotheses were proposed.Based on the formal large-scale questionnaire survey,the research findings of this paper are:Platform enablement and value co-creation have positive and positive effects on corporate performance;the three dimensions of value co-creation(Joint planning,Joint problem solving,Flexibility to make adjustments)plays a partial mediation between platform empowerment and corporate performance.The research conclusions of this paper provide reference and guidance for the export enterprises on the cross-border e-commerce platform. |
