Study On The Change Of Livelihood Capital Of Land-lost Farmers In Land Expropriation And Demolition

The rapid development of urbanization and industrialization has led to the expropriation of large quantities of agricultural land and the demolition of the houses of peasant households.Thus,the problem of population survival and development has become one of the focal points of social contradictions.Because land is expropriated,farmers are forced to leave their habitual residence and gradually change to "urban residents".It is of great importance to solve the subsistence problem of farmers,which is of great practical significance.This paper will focus on the livelihood capital problem of land-lost farmers in land expropriation and demolition.The research includes the following seven parts:The first part elaborates the background of this paper,the purpose of the study,research significance,the domestic and foreign related research,research methods,research ideas and technical route and the possible innovation of this paper.The concept of this study is defined by the second part,including the key concepts of land-lost farmers,land expropriation and demolition and livelihood capital,meanwhile,and introduces the theoretical tools used in this paper.The third part introduces the basic situation of Xinzhou district of Wuhan city and the status quo of livelihood of land-lost farmers in Xinzhou district after land expropriation,and carries out a descriptive statistical analysis of sample selection and data collection.The fourth part makes a comparative analysis of the sustainable livelihood capital level of land-lost farmers before and after the land expropriation.Based on the theory of sustainable livelihood framework,this part carries on the corresponding calculation of the capital situation of the human,natural,material,financial and social aspects of the peasant household,and conducts an in-depth discussion and research on the change level of the livelihood capital of the land-lost farmers before and after the land expropriation and demolition.The fifth part studies the factors that affect the sustainable livelihood of land-lost farmers after land expropriation.By means of SPSS analysis tool,the data collected by various analytical methods are analyzed comprehensively,and the analysis results are elaborated in detail in combination with the actual situation.The sixth part based on the analysis of the previous chapter,aiming at the existing problem of the requisition put forward the corresponding opinions and suggestions,which improve the system of land expropriation compensation,improve the level of land-lost farmers life,properly solve the problem of land-lost farmers employment,improve the level of the land-lost farmers social security.The seventh part elaborates the achievements of the livelihood capital institute of land-lost farmers in Xinzhou district of Wuhan city,and points out the limitations of this study and the general direction of the follow-up study.
