| "Sanmu" problem is an important part of our national economic development and the "three rural issues",it is not only related to the coordinated development of economy,society and ecology in the grassland pastoral areas of Western China,it also concerns the overall situation of the country's ecological security,national unity,border stability and the implementation of the strategy for the development of the western region.To solve the "Sanmu" problem will fully pay attention to professional cooperatives in Western Pastoral Areas of our country business development of herdsmen.Under the guidance of the policy of national policy and the modernization of animal husbandry,the herdsmen's professional cooperatives,which were jointly established by the voluntary freedom of pastoralists,thrived throughout the country and brought scattered decentralized herdsmen's organizations together to form cooperative economic organizations,to provide livestock breeding,processing,sales,market information,technical exchanges and other services to members.As an important part of the construction and operation of grassland animal husbandry industry chain,herdsman professional cooperatives play a very important role in promoting the sustainable development of grassland and pastoral areas.From the current situation,China's western pastoral area economic,cultural and social level is far behind the development of the rural areas and towns,many herdsmen cooperatives slow,there are a series of problems of cooperative organizations,loose and herdsmen slow,inefficient allocation of resources.The key to solve these problems is to carry out systematic and comprehensive management of the professional cooperative of herdsmen and establish a scientific and standardized mode of cooperative governance,it is not only the fundamental way to solve the current healthy development of herdsmen's professional cooperatives in China,but also an effective way to solve the problem of "three herdsmen" in our country.Based on this,this article takes the governance model of herdsmen's professional cooperatives as the research focus,and is committed to solving the development difficulties faced by the herdsmen's professional cooperatives,and provides ideas and references for the coordinated economic development of pastoral areas.This article selects the four grassland pastoral areas in western China as the research object,including Inner Mongolia,Xinjiang,Qinghai,and Gansu.Since these four pastoral areas have vast natural pastures and are widely distributed by pastoralists,they are also the gathering ground for the development of herdsmen's professional cooperatives.Therefore,the research on the governance models of herdsmen's professional cooperatives is more typical.First of all,the paper analyzed the basic situation of the actual survey questionnaire,statistics and Information department of China's Inner Mongolia,Xinjiang,Qinghai,Gansu four prairie pastoral herders cooperatives,understand the current four prairie pastoral herders cooperatives governance situation and some problems existing in the governance process.Secondly,combined with relevant research by domestic experts and scholars,the governance models of the herdsmen's specialized cooperatives in the four grassland pastoral areas were divided into ordinary husbandry and democratic leaders,large households in pastoral areas,and animal husbandry enterprises.Finally,the paper uses the disordered multi classification Logistic regression model to verify the actual situation of the choice of the governance model by the herdsman professional cooperative,According to the empirical results,we find out the key factors and draw the conclusions.We also use the conclusion to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,so as to provide a theoretical reference for the future health management of cooperatives,and put forward new ideas for the future development of the governance mode of herdsmen professional cooperatives. |
