Study On The Optimization Of Electric Vehicle Liability Insurance In Zhejiang

There are a large number of electric vehicles in China,which brings great security risks,and most of the electric vehicles have not insured the third party liability insurance,making the road traffic participants exposed to risk.By analyzing the situation of traffic accidents in the whole country and Zhejiang Province,with the help of the existing documents and relevant laws and regulations,the national statistical data and the data of professional research,this paper clearly illustrates the current situation and problems of electric vehicle management,the severity of the electric bicycle traffic accidents and the necessity of the promotion of the electric bicycle insurance.The necessity of introducing the insurance mechanism of the electric bicycle is studied,and the 'demand and feasibility of the electric bicycle insurance are studied through a questionnaire survey and a visit to the insurance company.By comparing the experience of electric vehicle management and insurance implementation in Zhejiang and other provinces and cities and abroad,this paper analyzes the shortage of electric bicycle management and insurance scheme,and constructs an optimization model of electric vehicle liability insurance,and puts forward that the compulsory liability insurance system of electric vehicles should be established.Then we will calculate the rate and make the pricing of electric vehicle liability insurance products,so as to provide a reference standard for determining the premium of electric bicycles.Finally,the conclusion is that the solution of the electric vehicle management problem needs to introduce insurance mechanism.It carrys out the insurance products such as the third party liability insurance of the electric bicycle,the accidental injury risk of the driver,the theft of electric car and so on.Through the compulsory implementation of the legislature of the people's Congress,the insurance company formulates the insurance scheme,the cooperation of the police and the insurance,the financial subsidy and the introduction of the third party.Technology companies support and other ways to solve the problem of electric vehicle management.
