Research On A Branch Transition Of X Bank In The Internet Financial Era

In the era of internet finance,banking business was greatly affected by internet finance and bank outlets in business metrics becomes worse.In response to fierce competition,major commercial banks,including Bank X,have transformed their outlets.However,in the process of transformation and upgrading of software and hardware functions of outlets.Due to the influence of various conditions inside and outside the bank,various problems have arisen in the transformation of outlets.The transformation of outlets has been slow,and the transformation of a large number of outlets were not successful.This article takes the multi-function branch A with better development of X-bank as the research object,analyzing the basic conditions of A which includes the advantages and disadvantages of internal and external competitive environment?marketing and service problems.Branch A began to implement internal improvement measures in 2016 and obtained some improvement of indicators.Based on a year-long investigation,the author will sort out and summarize the outlet transformation strategies of outlets from the end of 2016 to 2018.It will examine the application value and limitations of their basic network-based business indicators by comparing the real data of the transformation results.After analyzing the value of the application of the type strategy in branch A,this article has carried on the generalized analysis in the last part.The strategy of branch A can effectively solve some problems in the transformation of some outlets and achieve the optimization of indicators,but its promotion and application should not be blind.This paper puts forward the preconditions for the implementation of effective strategies.It analyzes and proposes specific promotion measures.It can provide practical solutions for the transformation and development of multifunctional outlets.which method has good practical application value.
