One of the important events of the last decades is the growth of China and African cooperation. The presence of China in Africa has two major impacts. On the one hand,it is the sign of the end of international marginalization of Africa and on the other hand,it brings significant economic and political growth. The great interest of China and Africa partnership is getting active from international strategy and multipolarity perspective and the non-interference in the local policies. This seems to be a new form of relationship in the history of Africa in terms of win-win.China shows its engagement through its policy of trade and investment in many countries in the continent. Most of scientific research paper about China and Africa are devoted to its relations with oils and mining producer countries.Due to speed growth of China the need of energy has increased as well. But besides these countries China maintains a good relationship with some agricultural countries such as Mali is because of its cotton production, sugar cane and also some other mineral resources.Beside Mali, there is Benin...Over the past decade, the trade relations between China and Mali have really improved. We can even say that China has become the main trade partner of many countries in Africa.China is gradually taken the place of Western counties such as France,UK and US.On the one hand,Africa is very rich in natural resources but needs investment. On the other hand,China needs natural resources to furnish its industries and Chinese leaders are ready to invest in Africa. So from the above reason one can say that there is potential hope in the relation between China and Africa. The purpose of this present study is to investigate the impact of China-Mali's mutual trade on Mali's economic growth. In this relationship between the two countries, the researcher will be focused on the growth of Mali's GDP and Capital, export and Labor in theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. For this reason, the linear regression model was employed to achieve the objective of the study. And this paper draws enough graphs and tables to analyze the development of Mali and China mutual trade.
