Research On Innovation Patterns Selection To Raise Self-Innovation Ability Of Enterprises In Zhejiang Province

Self-Innovation Ability of the enterprise is a core ability to form Self-Core Techniques, get the Self-Intellectual Property Rights and innovation dominant. Now Zhejiang province is facing the cut-throat competition from the outside and inside and the choke point of development. Considering with the economic development conditions and enterprise behaviors of Zhejiang province, this paper puts forward the issue on innovation patterns selection to raise self-innovation ability in Zhejiang province, in order to provide the theories and countermeasure for promoting the sustainable competence advantage.Firstly, this paper analyzes the essence of some concepts which have relationships with Self-Innovation Ability in theory, in order to get the definitions, characteristics and three branch abilities on Self-innovation Ability of enterprise. Then it brings forward three innovation patterns by1 demonstration analysis. Secondly, basing on the innovation activities ofenterprises, the paper discusses the essence relationship and the raising mechanism on innovation patterns selection and Self-Innovation Ability from innovation resource angle to give logical and ideal academic sustains for the paper's issue. Thirdly, by the questionnaire and statistic, the paper analyzes the situation on the Self-Innovation Ability and innovation patterns selection of Zhejiang province and gives the relevancy analysis between the Self-Innovation Ability and innovation patterns selection to provide arguments for the issue further. Fourthly, with the sample covariance statistic of the enterprises in Zhejiang province which choose the three innovation patterns respectively, we build an indicator system through Analytic Hierarchy Process and Reliability Analysis, to evaluate the Self-Innovation Ability of three typical enterprises generally. The paper probes into the fitness of the innovation patterns which they have chosen, judges from the conditions of five aspects including decision-making, research and development, production and manufacture, value-achievement and innovation management of these three enterprises, to testify the inner relationship between innovation patterns selection and Self-Innovation Ability from demonstration. Finally, on the foundation of researches above, we propose the measurements on raising the Self-Innovation Ability of the enterprises in Zhejiang province.
