With the rapid development and progress of the socialist market economy,the municipal public utilities are facing huge challenges and more opportunities.Only by constantly carrying out innovation and all the management reform can we win the battle in the fierce market competition.The fact proves that,nowadays,with the complexity of technological innovation and the gradual division of social labor,team building and management have played more and more important roles in the development of enterprise.As an advanced and scientific form of organization,the team has been gradually concerned and valued by enterprises.Especially for large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises,how to build an efficient team and promote the rapid development of enterprises has become an important issue that cannot be ignored.In recent years,with the reform of personnel system,the management of team of municipal public utilities has also made some progress.However,due to the fierce competition brought by market economy,there are still some problems in the construction and management of teams of municipal public enterprises.This article is mainly to explain and analyze the problems that exist in the construction and management of the management team of the municipal public enterprises and the reform measures to be dealt with.Municipal public enterprises is directly related to the people's quality of life and the public interests of the society,and the municipal public utilities is directly related to the development of the municipal public utilities and social economy,based on the current situation of China's municipal public enterprise team construction and management are analyzed,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
