Research On The Problem For The Old-Age Of Rural Population In Jilin Province

With the continuous development of social economy and the innovation of medical technology,the quality of life of the people is getting higher and longer.China has entered an aging society.The aging situation in Jilin province is more serious than the national average,especially Jilin province is a large agricultural province,the economic development is relatively backward,the rural population before rich old,its pension issues appears to be particularly important.This paper reviews the development of the pension system of rural population in China,introduces the mature and advanced pension system of rural population abroad and the existing pattern of the rural population in China.Through comparative analysis,it provides theoretical support for improving the old-age pension system of rural population in Jilin province.Through the analysis of the current situation of the rural endowment in Jilin province,the challenges and problems of the rural endowment in Jilin province are summarized,and the reasons are analyzed.The experience gained by the city of Songyuan in Jilin province as a pilot experiment of the rural home endowment is introduced.On the basis of the analysis and summary,the paper puts forward some countermeasures for the elderly in Jilin province.Vigorously developing the economy and increasing the income of farmers and rural collective economic organizations are the most fundamental solutions to the problem.We will strengthen farmers 'awareness of old-age security,improve the system of old-age security for the rural population,and strengthen the construction of rural old-age institutions and service teams,from ideology,sound system,service guarantee and so on,to expand the new way of rural endowment.Hope to the Jilin province rural population endowment protection has certain reference significance.
