The continuous reduction of traditional energy resources and the markedly insufficient per capita utilization rate will be the primary impediment to China's economic and social development.The coal-fired generating units not only consume a large amount of coal energy,but also release various types of harmful gases that pollute the natural environment and cause the greenhouse effect,such as soot,which have a serious negative impact on the global ecological environment.The solar energy belongs to the current renewable energy inside,most of the large-scale investment and commercial operation of the trend of important energy.However,at present,China's photovoltaic power generation project is still in the initial stage,relatively small in scale,and relying solely on revenue from the sale of electricity can not make the business sustainable.The current role of photovoltaic power generation projects in the economic development of our country is increasingly important.In order to effectively overcome the energy shortage and hinder the development of the regional economy,China's investment in new energy projects continued to increase,and the development of photovoltaic power generation projects ranked first.In recent years,the development of photovoltaic power generation project has gained a good momentum and attracted much attention.With the progress of photovoltaic power generation projects,the project investment efficiency research has also been highly concerned by project managers,many companies have studied how to achieve the improvement of project investment efficiency in order to improve efficiency and cost savings.The improvement of the investment efficiency of photovoltaic power generation project is also a key link in the project management of photovoltaic power generation.In this paper,we carry out research work on the improvement of investment efficiency of photovoltaic power generation project in Fushun Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,which provides important reference for the construction of the project and has certain theoretical and practical significance.Based on the research on this project,this article makes a deep analysis of the actual construction and operation environment,the general form of the project and the characteristics of the project respectively.It can be seen that the photovoltaic power generation project of Fushun Power Generation Co.,Supply and demand,project construction and economic and social benefits and other aspects,are all indispensable investment projects.The research content of this paper is divided into the following four parts.The first part expounds the research background and significance of the improvement of investment efficiency of photovoltaic power generation projects,and introduces the literature research method,the combination of theory and practice and the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods.On the theoretical basis and literature review,mainly from the photovoltaic power generation project investment efficiency improvement of the research process and the status quo in two aspects.In the second part,taking Fushun Power Generation Co.,Ltd.as an example,the current status of PV power generation project is analyzed,mainly from two aspects: the main features of PV power generation and the general form of PV power generation.And discusses the problems and causes of the investment benefit of photovoltaic power generation project.In the third part,the Fushun Power Generation Co.,Ltd.plans to improve the investment efficiency of photovoltaic power generation projects from four aspects: the objectives and principles,the entire process of cost control programs,innovative investment and financing mechanisms and optimize the unit layout program.In the fourth part,from the four aspects of strengthening technology investment,attaching importance to policy supporting system,human resource guarantee measures and strengthening financial supervision,the Fushun Power Generation Co.,Ltd.has formulated the safeguard measures for improving the investment efficiency of photovoltaic power generation projects.
