With the deepening of economic globalization,China pay more attention on the “going out” strategy.In the meantime,China proposes the “the Belt and Road” strategy,in order to respond to the development.More and more multinational companies are showing interest in the agricultural investment.Under such environment,China's foreign agricultural investment has been maintaining an overall high growth rate.Among the many foreign investment target countries,Africa is one of the areas that companies cannot ignore.In recent years,Africa has developed rapidly.Africa's politics become increasingly stable,and economic development has also been getting better and better.It has increasingly attracted the attention of investors.In addition,Africa has great natural resource advantage,its land and labor resources are very suitable for the development of agriculture,which is more able to meet the needs of transnational agricultural investment companies.In this condition,the author conducted a study on the influencing factors of China's agricultural investment in Africa.The theoretical significance is to adding the relevant literature,the practical significance lies in providing relevant policy recommendations for the Chinese government and Chinese transnational agricultural investment companies based on the findings of the study.This study mainly adopts a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis.After studying the research conclusions of related documents domestic and abroad,I discussed the current status of China's investment in African agriculture from the perspective of China and Africa.Afterwards,from the perspective of Africa,the factors affecting China's agricultural investment in Africa were summarized,and empirical analysis was made of the factors and conditions that were analyzed.The empirical analysis adopts the generalized least squares method and puts forward relevant hypotheses.Then,the hypothesis results are tested by EVIEWS software,and the hypothesis conclusion is finally obtained.After conducting an empirical analysis,according to the results of the analysis,relevant recommendations were made from the perspective of the Chinese government and Chinese companies.This article analyzes the influencing factors of China's agricultural investment in Africa and draws the following conclusions: Although China has long-standing agricultural cooperation with Africa,there are still many problems in agricultural investment that require China and Africa to work together to resolve issues.As long as China and Africa face cooperation in a sincere attitude,China-Africa agricultural cooperation will have a very bright future.
