| In recent year, Africa has become the source of raw materials and market of processed goods of China. In 2009, China is now the continent’s largest trading partner, edging out the USA. China has built a large number of infrastructure projects in Africa, including ports, road, railways DAMS, telecommunications networks, power stations and airport. By 2014, the Chinese companies in Africa investment project number ranks seventh and creates 11015 jobs. China is nearly a third of investment projects in technology, media and telecoms. Now, with the African market potential enhancement and with the development of African party politics gradually into the relatively stable platform period, Africa has issued to the huge demand of industrialization, agriculture and service industry, The Chinese private enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises (smes) face a very good opportunity. China’s private enterprises and small and medium enterprises to invest is becoming Africa’s emerging power. Due to the economic development, Africa needs a large number of infrastructure construction, China provide aid industrialization and agricultural infrastructures and support for the cultural education and social infrastructure. It had a profound positive impact on national economic and social development in Africa. China’s aid to Africa Promotes China’s economic structure transformation. It will be an important field in our country towards the world.Africa’s vast market, abundant resources, increasingly stable political and economic environment attract a large number of Chinese enterprises to go to Africa. This article selects the 39 countries in Africa in 2003-2012 panel data analysis, from two aspects of economic and social factors are empirically tested.
