Heilongjiang province is located in the northeast end of China. It is located in the border area.It is vast in area and mainly located in the plains. The soil is fertile and suitable for planting agricultural products. It is China's food production base.Because of its unique geographical position,Heilongjiang has advantages in the market of agricultural products.Agriculture is a basic industry in Heilongjiang province. The development of agriculture and the improvement of agricultural products logistics complement each other. Therefore, the development of agricultural products logistics industry has a positive effect on the agricultural economy of Heilongjiang Province and promotes the overall economic level of Heilongjiang province.Because of the late start of the agricultural products logistics in Heilongjiang Province, the overall development level is low, which constitutes an obstacle to the development of agricultural and rural areas in the province. With the development of the social economy, the improvement of the people's living standards and the development of the food industry, the market demand for agricultural products is increasing.Because the development level of agricultural products logistics in Heilongjiang is relatively low,the logistics network of agricultural products is not perfect, which does not match the growing demand of agricultural products. In addition,Heilongjiang agricultural product logistics network has the problems of low network efficiency and high circulation cost, which have caused the waste of funds and resources. The problems are not conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of the whole province's economy. Therefore,it has practical meaning for solving the network optimization problem to use complex network theoretical model that accords with the evolution process of Heilongjiang's agricultural product logistics networks.Based on the analysis of the research status of agricultural products logistics and the current situation of agricultural products logistics network in Heilongjiang Province, this paper uses complex network correlation theory and TOPSIS evaluation method to carry out systematic research on Heilongjiang agricultural product logistics networks. This research takes the evolution process of the agricultural product logistics networks' structure of Heilongjiang Province as the breakthrough point, and establishes a research model matching with it.On the basis of the existing theory, the statistical characteristics of complex networks are analyzed.Based on the complex network, this research builds an improved BA network model, which overcomes the shortcomings of traditional modeling methods, and has strong rationality and applicability. It provides a theoretical basis for promoting the healthy development of Heilongjiang's agricultural product logistics industry. The research results show that the logistics network of Heilongjiang province has the scale-free characteristics due to the preferred selection of new nodes, which leads to the existence of a few key nodes in the networks.By strengthening the construction of key nodes in the network,we can improve the network efficiency of Heilongjiang agricultural product logistics network, save circulation time and reduce circulation cost.On this basis, the TOPSIS evaluation method is used to evaluate the network nodes in the agricultural product logistics network of Heilongjiang Province, and the key nodes are screened out. Finally, the relevant optimization strategies are proposed for the networks.By developing key nodes in the network, expanding the flow of key routes, and building a hierarchical network,we can improve the efficiency of Heilongjiang agricultural logistics networks, save circulation time and reduce circulation cost.
