Research On Internal Audit Of Supply Chain In J Company

Under the condition of market economy continuously booming prosperity,the traditional internal management mode in nowadays is hard to have a place of increasingly fierce market competition,instead of the management of supply chain management.The competition between enterprises is not just between two enterprises,but the competition between two supply chain enterprises.With the changing of economic environment,enterprise's management environment in constant change,the uncertainty is growing constantly,and at the same time bring more opportunities brought more risk the possibility of the formation,operation and management of the enterprise process and there will be the birth of many new problems,and how to efficiently deal with the risk,is the key problem in enterprise management.Supply chain is the core of the internal audit through control of the supply chain as a whole,inspection and evaluation and risk,management of the supplier compliance in the production and business operation activities,ensure efficiency and effect,finally to help enterprises operation and management goals.This study firstly introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research and the methods and contents of the research.Next to the internal audit of the supply chain is discussed,and the research status at home and abroad on the recent research results and the research direction of induction is introduced,and explained the basis of the research theory and the theory basis.In order to analyze the internal audit theory of supply chain,this paper introduces the methods,procedures and application of internal audit in the supply chain.Then the company's supply chain with J internal audit case analysis as the guide,the J company supply chain problems existing in the internal audit process,using a combination of theory with practice find out the causes of the problems of internal audit,J company supply chain and the method of supply chain of internal audit process and the reference standard for J company supply chain problems existing in the internal audit puts forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures.
