The growth process of the retail giants in developed countries plays a very important role in improving their competitive ability.The process of the domestic retail industry in their own development already has a rich development experience,the experience for promoting the ability of enterprise profitability and market competition is very important,therefore,the comprehensive development of domestic retail enterprises brand has become a pressing matter of the moment.But most of the domestic retail enterprises are not well aware of the development of their own brands,and they are in the stage of exploration.Therefore,it has great research value for the domestic retail enterprises to develop their own retail brands in an all-round way.Based on the knowledge of private brand,considering the relevant research results of experts both at home and abroad,it provides some suggestions for domestic retailers to develop their own free brands.In this paper,comparative analysis and quantitative analysis method based on the theory,according to its own brand,the specific analysis of T retail enterprise brand strategy,mainly SWOT strategic analysis and comprehensive analysis,EFE and IFE analysis;development of T retail enterprise brand strategy,the main content is according to the market environment,market positioning,market pricing strategy and product strategy select the entry point of private brand strategy,organization and process of private brand strategy of private brand strategy of the organization,the T retail enterprise brand strategy.Finally T retail enterprise brand strategy management and implementation,mainly in the management of private brand strategy management scale,brand strategic management experience and strategic management of the brand image,the implementation of the implementation of the strategy is the reception conditions and background conditions,the specific conditions of the background is to strengthen enterprise scale,enhance market strengthen the production and marketing ability and control ability,perfecting enterprise personnel training mechanism,improve information management level.At present,there is a huge profit in the market of its own brand,which is not only a good strategic development opportunity but also a great challenge.T retail enterprises only face the competitive market environment,the construction of private brands for the long-term development and sustainable development of T retail enterprises are very favorable.
