The compensation management of enterprises has always been an important tool for enterprises to achieve long-term strategic goals,and is also a thorny issue for any enterprise.There are many factors to consider.For enterprises,a scientific salary system suitable for the development of enterprises can not only improve employees' enthusiasm and efficiency in hard work,but also reduce the turnover rate of employees and retain more talents,which is conducive to long-term stable development of enterprises.In the IT industry,the talents needed for knowledge talents,most of higher education,independent of strong competition in the industry,coupled with the industry's average age of employees is low so the higher IT industry staff mobility,greatly affected the healthy development of the enterprise,the company's current situation is so Y.The factors of salary system implementation of the Y model is considered relatively simple,between the staff efforts and hard difference between incentive effect is clearly not enough,seriously affected the active work force of Y employees,making the job hopping phenomenon occurs frequently,the staff is not stable,greatly hindered the pace of development of Y company,serious influence of the core competitiveness of enterprises,so the good salary structure and distribution mechanism design is the Y companies need to solve the problem,urgent.This paper mainly takes the design of Y company's salary system as the research thread,taking Y company as the research object,and explores how to combine the actual situation of Y company to design a more incentive and more scientific salary system.This paper first understand the research status at home and abroad on compensation system,points out the contents and methods of this study,the theory of compensation management are introduced,on the basis of the theory in combination with the current salary system of Y company,the research object of this paper and problems of present compensation system of in-depth analysis,and then put forward for the goals and principles of salary system the design of Y company at the present stage,the core elements of the new salary system is determined by the analysis of work and jobs,and analyzed how to implement and implementation effect of the new salary system.Finally,a summary of this article is made.
