With the constant updating of contemporary social technology,the competition in machinery manufacturing industry is also increasing.The manufacture enterprise wants to stand firm in the fierce market competition,then obtains the comparative advantage and the sustainable development ability,the human resource development is a key link.The mechanical manufacturing industry has its particularity.The development and construction of the competency model of manufacturing posts has a high degree of correlation with the overall strategy of manufacturing enterprises.For the enterprises in the machinery manufacturing industry,it is of great significance to establish the competency model of the production staff and form a unique and practical talent management model.This article takes LW company as the research object.The company is a well-known agricultural machinery enterprise in China.Its product quality is related to the realization of the overall strategy of the company,and the competence of the production staff is the key factor affecting the quality of its products.Based on the related theory of competency model,this paper studies the ability and quality of LW company's production posts,and then provides practical solutions for the employment,training and incentive of production posts,and improves the scientific degree and effectiveness of the company's overall human resource management,and is beneficial to the company to achieve the established strategic development goal.Mark.The main contents are as follows:First of all,clarify the concept,significance and specific research methods of job competency.At the same time,the existing theories of competency model are systematically combed to provide theoretical guidance for future research.Secondly,the actual situation of LW company's production post is analyzed,and the specific index of competency is determined through expert method.On the basis of the above work,we define and classify specific indicators,so as to build a basic competency model.Third,according to the actual situation of LW company,the competency model of production posts is formed by comprehensive information research methods,and the model is verified and analyzed.Finally,a scientific,reasonable and effective model of production post competency is formed.Finally,the practical application of LW company's production competency model is discussed,and the competency model is applied to the field of human resource management,such as staff promotion,staff training,staff assessment and so on,and then the win-win of both enterprises and employees is achieved.
