| The formation and development process of Cangnan printing industry cluster witnessed the development of socialist market economy after the reform and opening up of our country,and was a typical representative of traditional low-end manufacturing industry cluster in China.The formation and development mechanism of Cangnan printing industry cluster was studied.It is of great significance for the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries to adapt to the new normal state of economy.This paper uses the Nvivo qualitative analysis software to code the interview data,decomposes the interview data,forms the reference point of the sentence,combines the similar reference point into the concept by comparison,and then forms the category related to "spirit" by comparison.Through the category forming evidence chain analysis,then refining the story line,finally obtains the proposition,answers the industrial cluster through the entrepreneur spirit and the entrepreneur network two angle of view the question how to form,finally gives the policy suggestion.In this paper,a total of 32 entrepreneurs about 400000 words of interviews are collected,and 189 reference points are summed up through coding analysis,forming 46 concepts and 27 categories.According to the analysis of literature and interview materials,this paper divides entrepreneurship into four dimensions: responsibility,professionalism,cooperation and innovation,and classifies entrepreneur's network into entrepreneur's personal network.In the three dimensions of market network and innovation network,the formation and development of Cangnan printing industry cluster is divided into three stages: budding stage,developing stage and mature transition stage.This paper holds that the formation and development of industrial clusters need such innate advantages as "genes";the spirit of responsibility and personal network play a first role in the formation of industrial clusters;and then the spirit of cooperation and professionalism work together.At the same time,the market network promotes the spirit of innovation,accelerates the accumulation of capital,and promotes the formation of industrial clusters.In the development stage of industrial clusters,the spirit of responsibility will expand with the development of enterprises,and the scope of action will break through the transformation from individual and family to the spirit of responsibility to industry and society;The spirit of cooperation and the market network play an important role in ensuring the normal operation of the enterprise,and the spirit of cooperation also plays a role in maintaining the stability of the market network.At this time,professionalism can play a role in making up for the disadvantages of low academic qualifications,little experience,lack of funds,etc.Making entrepreneurs solve the problems encountered in the development of enterprises through market network and innovation network.Innovation spirit reduces vicious competition,expands competitive advantage and fills up the blank field of cluster through market network.Promote the development of enterprises and clusters to produce a qualitative leap.In the mature transition stage of industrial clusters,the spirit of responsibility urges entrepreneurs to participate in more industry affairs and social welfare undertakings,strengthen the innovation network,and the spirit of dedication has played a role in avoiding the rapid loss of funds and talents from industrial clusters.The spirit of cooperation begins to select,optimize and stabilize high-end and high-quality market networks,and innovation spirit promotes the transformation and upgrading of enterprises to modern high-tech enterprises through market networks and innovative networks,and promotes the internationalization of industrial clusters. |
