As an important strategic resource,energy plays an important role on economy development.However,in recent years,the contradiction between economic growth and resource environment has been increasing.Jing-Jin-Ji is the most developed economic zone in the north China and is facing serious environmental pollution problems,which will restrict its economic development.With the coordinated development o f region as a major national strategy,industrial transfer as an important advance work is bound to advance rapidly.The A industrial park,to undertake the industry of Beijing,is a heavy chemical industry-led gathering area and has a huge energy consumption.And it has been undertaking the industrial transfer for more than 10 years.It has many typical experiences to be learned in the capital function,regional coordinated development,regional win-win situation,energy structure optimization and industrial upgrading.Based on the medium level,analyzing the dynamic change rule and its influencing factors,and providing the basis for subsequent park in transfer strategy to improving energy efficiency has important significance to realize the energy struct ure optimization and industrial upgrading.Firstly,this paper summarizes the connotation of energy efficiency and the calculation method of total factor energy efficiency,and summarizes the basic theory of Bayesian Network and determines the research method of this paper.Secondly,taking A industrial park as an example,based on the data of 2006-2015,the DEA-Malmquist index model was used to measure the total factor energy efficiency and total factor productivity.The total factor productivity is decomposed into technical change,efficiency change,pure efficiency change and scale change.By establishing multiple linear regression model,the influence of each decomposition factor on the energy efficiency are analyzed.Then,the analysis model of energy e fficiency of the park was designed from the three aspects: questionnaire design,questionnaire distribution and collection and data analysis method.Finally,based on the 391 valid questionnaires from A industrial park,descriptive statistical analysis was conducted on the data.The factor analysis was carried out by the four steps: applicability test,eigenvalue test,principal component extraction and factor naming,reliability and validity.And then seven factors were extracted.Based on it,a path model based on Bayesian Network is established.And strategy is put forward to improve energy efficiency of high energy consumption park in industrial transfer.
