Study On External Knowledge Heterogeneity?Knowledge Sharing And Enterprise Innovation Performance

Innovation is the soul of enterprise development.With the rapid progress of science and technology,innovation plays an especially prominent role in the competition of enterprises.In this situation,the competition among enterprises has gradually evolved into the competition of knowledge.Every enterprise is the main body of knowledge,and its knowledge endowment is different,which means there is knowledge heterogeneity among enterprises.Different heterogeneous knowledge will affect the acquisition cost of enterprise knowledge and its integration efficiency,so it may lead to different innovation performance.The growth of new start-ups should pay more attention to the transformation of knowledge into achievements.For example,incubators in incubators are generally small and micro start-ups.If graduated graduates want to grow smoothly and graduate from incubators,attention should be paid to the transformation of achievements and innovation performance.Most of the incubating enterprises are technology-intensive enterprises,and the technical knowledge possessed by the enterprises varies greatly.In this situation of knowledge imbalances,formal or informal knowledge exchange and training among enterprises will be promoted,Competitions and other ways to share knowledge,and knowledge sharing between enterprises will be more conducive to stimulate innovative thinking,and further conducive to innovation performance.This paper will focus on the surveyed enterprises in Shanxi Province in hatching business to collect data,knowledge sharing as a mediator variable,and further divided into explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing,through literature analysis and SPSS empirical analysis to explore the outside of the enterprise The heterogeneity of knowledge,the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovation performance.The first part discusses the background,significance and content of the research.The second part summarizes the research status at home and abroad and the classification of related concepts and the definition of the meaning of this article.The third part builds the theoretical model of this paper through the theory of technological innovation and knowledge sharing,The fourth part elaborates the design of each variable in the questionnaire and summarizes the questionnaire.The fifth part analyzes the collected and filtered data through SPSS to complete the statistical analysis.The reliability Validity test,correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify the hypothesis;Finally,the empirical analysis of the results are discussed,and the conclusions of the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the performance of enterprises in the incubation innovation,while the limitations and prospects of this article.The conclusion of the research shows that the external knowledge heterogeneity has a positive relationship with explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing.Both explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing have a positive relationship with innovation performance.External knowledge heterogeneity and innovation performance are inverted U-shaped,which will put forward constructive suggestions for the management of enterprises after incubation.
