The Research On Poverty Alleviation In Hilly And Mountainous Area

In 2011,the poverty alleviation office of the State Council delineated 14 special hardship areas,95.7 of counties(cities and districts)are distributed in hilly and mountainous areas,while in the natural field,31 state-level impoverished counties in Henan province are mainly distributed in the hills and mountainous areas in the southwest and the west,and nearly half of the special difficulty counties are in the Dabie mountains.In the crucial period of winning the fight against poverty,in the face of the main battlefield of poverty alleviation in "out of poverty should close contact with policy","Poverty alleviation policy" "can be hematopoietic,replicable,sustainable poverty reduction" has become a new demand in poverty alleviation work.In hilly and mountainous areas,even under the influence of environment,traffic,location and other factors,there were some rejection symptoms.the poverty alleviation work appears in the premise of exclusion,supporting exclusion,pattern exclusion symptoms,tourism poverty alleviation and product poverty alleviation in hilly and mountainous areas has become increasingly prominent in recent years.Therefore,the thesis design follows the theory wave of precision poverty alleviation in the poor areas,this thesis summarizes the related literatures on poverty alleviation,industry poverty alleviation and tourism poverty alleviation in hilly and mountainous areas,and takes Shangcheng County of Henan Province as an example,using the methods of statistical analysis,case analysis and contrastive analysis,presents the regional characteristics of hilly mountainous area and exposes defects and practical problems,To study the needs of poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation in the hilly and mountainous areas of Shangcheng County,the specific application of poverty alleviation,the practical results and problems faced,and the implementation conditions and main routes of poverty alleviation in hilly and mountainous areas with figures and cases.The study found that at the process of industry poverty alleviation and tourism poverty alleviation in the hilly and mountainous areas of the implementation,the particularity of region and humanities shows both positive and negative effects,and puts forward the requirement of "both internal and external" for poverty alleviation in the region,meanwhile,the follow-up degree and the degree of integration of other anti-poverty methods are very important to the effectiveness of poverty alleviation and tourism poverty alleviation.The so-called "stones from other hills,we can learn".This thsis tries to explore the poverty alleviation in Shangcheng County in the new era,the way of poverty alleviation,the effectiveness and challenges faced,in order to provide ideas and reference for the sustainable construction of poverty alleviation in hilly and mountainous areas.
