Research On Land Use Transformation And Comprehensive Management In Zhengzhou Under The Background Of National Central City Construction

Zhengzhou city has been approved as the National Center of the city,the Central Plains Economic Zone core city,"The Belt and Road" an important node in the city,is of great significance in the national strategic level.Under the support of the state,the Zhengzhou aviation port comprehensive economic experimentation area,the Henan free trade test area and the Zheng Luoxin national independent innovation demonstration zone have been approved.In recent years,the economic development is swift and violent,the urbanization process is accelerated and the urban framework has been widened.However,from the long-term view,the rapid economic development and the continuous urban scale are continuous.At the same time,with the deterioration of the land use problem in Zhengzhou,the allocation of land use structure is unreasonable and the efficiency of land use is not high.It is not in line with the green development concept of "sustainable development concept" and "ecological civilization".Therefore,from the background of the national central city construction,this paper analyzes the spatial and temporal change of land use transformation in Zhengzhou for 2000-2015 years.Using the method of vector data grid and classification hot spot detection,this paper analyzes the hot area distribution law of the land use transformation in Zhengzhou City,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to measure the Zhengzhou state.Central city index,analysis of the existing problems of land use in Zhengzhou,and based on the multi-objective programming method to calculate the optimal allocation of land use structure in Zhengzhou.Finally,by drawing on the advanced experience of land use at home and abroad,combining the existing problems of land use and the optimal allocation,the comprehensive management of land resources in Zhengzhou is put forward.The suggestion of control mode.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Land use transformation is characterized by fast speed and deep level.Among them,the number of cultivated land and unused land is decreasing year by year,with the largest reduction and the largest number of residential and mining sites.The dynamic degree of land use types in the 2005-2010 years of speed change reached the peak value compared with the other research period,indicating that 2005-2010 years was the most obvious period of land use transformation in Zhengzhou,in which the dynamic degree of road land and forest land reached 8.07% and 9.99% respectively,and the growth rate was the fastest.To clarify the level of urbanization is the main driving force to promote the transformation of land use in Zhengzhou.(2)The number of hot spots in land use transformation is increasing and the scope is expanding.There are two hot spots in 2000-2005 years,which are concentrated in the main urban area.There are 3 and 4 hot spots in the 2005-2010 and 2010-2015 years.The other two hot spots in the study period are all changing,but they are basically extended around the main city area,with significant spatial agglomeration,which are mostly distributed in the main city and the main city area,and the traffic network is more developed.(3)The function of each city in Zhengzhou is low,and the problem of land use is prominent.Zhengzhou National Center City index is 75.7,compared with other five national central cities,the gap is obvious.The main problems of land use are: the demand of the construction land is big,the cultivated land is occupied,the land use efficiency is low,and the contradiction between the land development and the ecological protection is aggravated.(4)The land use structure of construction land in Zhengzhou need to be optimized.The optimal allocation of construction land in Zhengzhou is 13246 hectares of residential land,7901 hectares of public facilities land,4935 hectares of industrial land,1069 hectares of storage land,3950 hectares of land for foreign transportation,6470 hectares of road square land,1750 hectares of municipal public facilities,9898 hectares of green land,and 166 hectares of special land.(5)In view of the problem of land use in Zhengzhou,the following management and control suggestions are put forward: first,to optimize the land use structure in Zhengzhou,improve the efficiency of land use in Zhengzhou,second,increase the proportion of public service facilities in Zhengzhou,strengthen the service function of Zhengzhou City,third,improve the information industry land of Zhengzhou.The development of the intension of land use in Zhengzhou City,fourth,reasonably compiling the land use planning,optimizing the spatial structure of land use,fifth,orderly land circulation,and promoting the process of urban and rural overall planning in Zhengzhou.
