Study On Definition And Expansion Of Urban Land In Guangxi Beibu Gulf

At present,the process of urbanization in China is accelerating.The contradiction b-etween urban land expansion and the ecological environment is increasingly prominent.Understanding the expansion of urban land use in the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Z-one has important implications for resolving the contradiction between land expansion and the ecological environment and optimizing the urban development structure.Taking Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone as the research object,based on the image data o-f the four phases of 2005,2008,2012 and 2016,based on the fractal theory to defin-e the scope of urban land use in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone;using buffer zon-e analysis to study the city The spatial impact of hot spots and major traffic routes on urban land expansion,and analysis of their impact trends;using exploratory correlatio-n analysis methods to evaluate the expansion of urban land use in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone using the counties(districts)of the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone as an evaluation unit.The analysis of the temporal and spatial evolution pattern of sp-eed provides a scientific reference for the spatial planning and sustainable development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.The main research results include:(1)Fractal theory is used to determine the fractal features of urban land use patterns.It is feasible to define the spatial scope of urban land use based on the fractal t-heory.Based on the map spot for the construction of the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economi-c Zone,the urban land use and scattered rural settlements were identified by objective methods to avoid subjective factors and errors caused by remote sensing image classi-fication.(2)Analysis of time series evolution of urban land expansion in the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.The urban land expansion trend has expanded from extensive expansion to steady expansion,gradually shifting from low-efficiency land use to high-effic-iency land use,indicating that the government has formulated plans for inter-regional I-ntegration has a great effect.With the development of time,urban land will become more and more intensive.(3)In the spatial pattern of urban land expansion,major urban centers and highways have a traction effect on the expansion of urban land use,and the impact is gradually expanding;the expansion rate of urban land use in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone varies greatly,and regional development is uneven The rate of expansion in Nanni-ng is higher than that in the eastern and western regions of the Guangxi Beibu Gulf E-conomic Zone.The rate of expansion in the coastal areas is not obvious.Contrary to the development of coastal areas in other cities,the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in Guangxi still has the development of inland centers.As a result,the environmental pressu-re of Nanning as a central city will gradually increase;the expansion of urban land in the Beibu Gulf of Guangxi will have a clear phenomenon of central agglomeration,and the relationship between the region and the region will be closer.Therefore,when pla-nning the economic zone,we must not excessively focus on the development centered on Nanning.Over-concentrated development has no obvious effect on the coordination and economic development of the entire region.Different plans should be formulated to address the different rates of expansion in different regions.The pressure in Nanning has focused on the development of towns in Fangchenggang and Beihai.
