Study On The Village Development Strategy Based On The Present Situation Of Meizhou Island National Park

Since the 21st Century,the Chinese Government pays great attention to the issues related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Since 2004,the Chinese Government No.1 File focuses on the issues related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers for 13 years in succession,in particular,the work report of the 19th national congress of the CPC in 2017 put forword the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,which marks a new stage for social and economic development in rural areas.When most rural areas take active measures to build beautiful and rural villages and develop rural tourism,many scenic areas and surrounding villages which have both natural and cultural resources,carry abundant cultural heritages and enjoy favorable infrastructure and supports of industrial bases,now face both great opportunities and many challenges.In order to learn the method to guide and handle the relationship between scenic area protection and village development properly,this thesis made a case study of villages in Meizhou Island Scenic Area.Borrowing the methods of "systematic planning and management rules" proposed by some domestic scholars and the concept of "community participation" for coordinated development of scenic areas and communities proposed by some foreign scholars,the differential regulation in planning and construction,industry and employment and actively plan for the adjustment of industrial structure,system and mechanism to explore the establishment of the coordination of the pilot national park system,ecological environment and put forward the countermeasures and measures to solve the problem of the implementation of ecological protection and restoration of governance and etc,help to promote the construction of "government leading,community participation,achievement sharing","rights,responsibilities and interests balance the relationship between the village of Meizhou Island National Park,this strategy is of great significance for development of tourist economy in Meizhou Island,increase of the farmers' income,to enhancement of brand image of the scenic area and to promote the village of Meizhou Island National Park.
