The 1960 s,the stock repurchase of capital operation in the United States capital market was born.It was not until 1992,under the background of China's market economy,that a real stock buyback event took place.It was later called the stock buyback of the big Yuyuan garden,the founder of the big Yuyuan garden,the small Yuyuan garden stock buyback event.Under the circumstances of socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics,the initial stock repurchase events is more in order to solve the problem of the reform of market economy,not as a tool of enterprise capital regulation,so in 2005 before the equity system reform,our country's stock repurchase events are few and far between.However,with the continuous development and improvement of China's capital market,in recent years,listed companies began to pay attention to the influence of stock repurchase,a capital tool,and stock repurchase began to occur frequently.In particular,in the last three years,hundreds of listed companies have implemented share buybacks almost every year.So,in the development of the stock repurchase hot situation,study the cause and effect of implementation of share repurchase of listed companies in our country,not only for studying whether capitalist countries to adapt to the economic system of our country has a profound meaning,but also can help enterprise,government,supervision department better take advantage of this tool,and promote the benign development of the market economy in our country.In this paper,through case analysis,the method of selecting societe generale securities as the research object,the implementation of societe generale securities stock repurchase motivations,study the effect of stock repurchase,found under the environment of market economy in our country,stock repurchase of some of the problems in practice,thus the relevant conclusions and inspiration,and then puts forward related Suggestions.First of all,briefly introduces the research background and research significance of share repurchase,at the same time,collect the theory of international theory about stock repurchase,and relevant analysis and sorting,provide theoretical clues and basis for the research of this paper.Secondly,this paper introduces the basic background of Industrial Securities Co.,Ltd.securities,the current situation of listed companies implementing stock repurchase in China,and the course of stock repurchase in Industrial Securities Co.,Ltd.securities.Thirdly,according to the relevant theories of stock buyback,this paper analyzes the motivation of stock buyback of Industrial Securities Co.,Ltd.securities.Finally,the implementation of societe generalesecurities market effect,the financial effect of stock repurchase behavior combination of theory and data analysis,get the following conclusions:(1)the securities in the stock repurchase market effect is obvious;(2)the financial effect of the stock repurchase of socgen securities is small;(3)stock repurchase of socgen securities basically achieved its repurchase purpose.The stock repurchase of industrial securities has basically achieved its expected purpose and to a certain extent stabilizedStock prices,in turn,have restored investor confidence.At the same time,for the whole securities market,it has also played a role in maintaining stability and rescuing the market,responding to the call of the government,shouldering social responsibilities and benefiting the country and the people.The study found that the existence of stock repurchase information disclosure,such problems as imperfect system of stock repurchase,puts forward relevant policy Suggestions,and also put forward some Suggestions and requirements to the management.
