Research On Industrial Network Structure In Anhui Province

Economic development is essentially a process of constant innovation in technology and industry and changes in the structure.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to implement the new development concept and build a modernized economic system,that is,to deepen the structural reform on the supply side and promote changes in the quality,efficiency and motivation of economic development.The deepening of supply-side reform is not only the adjustment of the structure of quantity,but also the transformation and upgrading of the entire industrial structure.As an important province which linked the east to the west,Anhui Province has a low level of industrial structure,a low degree of correlation,and a lack of internal drive.Therefore,we must base ourselves on the status quo of the existing industrial structure,solidly promote the supply-side structural reforms,and promote the rapid transformation of industrial structure through nurturing the leading industries and driving the development of other related industries.In this paper,we first sort out the relevant literature and theories both at home and abroad,and on this basis,we use input-output analysis of input-output tables of42 departments in Anhui Province in 2002,2007 and 2012 to calculate the coefficient of influence and sensitivity.We use the method of social network analysis to calculate the density,center potential,degree of degree center,intermediate degree of center,K core and density between cohesion subgroup in Anhui Province from three whole,individual and cohesion subgroup perspectives.Through those indicators analysis,we can know the characteristics of network structure.Through the analysis above,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)The overall correlation degree of industrial network in Anhui Province is at a low level,the network density is small,the center potential is low;The economic connection among industries is not strong,and the core industries are fewer and more distributed in the edge of the industrial network;(2)Different industries play different roles in the industrial networks of Anhui Province;chemical industry plays the role of global radiation;the finance and insurance industry has the most resources and the transportation,warehousing and postal industries have the strongest resource control ability,and play the role of global intermediary;(3)There are obvious agglomeration subgroups in the industrial network in Anhui Province;chemical industry,electricity,heat production and supply industry,transportation,storage and postal services,wholesale and the retail trade industry are the key industrial sectors that Anhui Province should focus on.Based on the above theoretical and empirical studies on the industrial network structure in Anhui Province,this paper put forward policy suggestions for Anhui Province from three aspects:(1)Anhui should focus on supporting technological innovation and financial innovation,boosting the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure;(2)Nested development between the industrial chain to enhance the degree of industrial relations;(3)Developing productive service industry and building a platform for industry convergence.
