Input-output Analysis Of The Service Industry Structure In Henan Province

Industrial structure is the key to economic development in the region, while the service sector is the structure of the industrial structure is the most worthy of attention and study section. Health services, coordinated and balanced development, and will promote the economic development of the whole industry and the whole region. Foreign research on services and service structure has matured, Chinese research on services and service structure despite a late start, but has yielded fruitful results, mainly in the study of growth and the proportion of the service sector, on employment the role of research, the study of the internal structure of the service industry and aspects of development of the service sector is less. Henan provincial economy is in a boom period, in order to achieve sustainable development, especially in the service sector of the industrial structure to adjust the structure, it is very necessary and meaningful.In this paper, the internal structure of the service industry in Henan Province as the main object, structure, service industry development of services and service features stage input-output method to sort out the theory and analysis, according to the Statistical Yearbook of the calendar year 2002 in Henan Province and Henan Province 2007 and 2012 input-output tables of data collation and calculation, the macro aspects of the overall composition analysis, development trend, the proportion of employment, investment in fixed assets and other services in Henan Province; Henan discussed the micro services many aspects of basic inputs and outputs status, forward linkage, backward linkages, influence coefficient, sensitivity coefficient, the producti on requirement coefficient and dependence coefficient.By analyzing the following conclusions and recommendations:1, input-output structure of the three industries is unreasonable. The current structure of output in Henan Province high proportion of primary industry, the high proportion of secondary industry, the low proportion of the service industry characteristics, investment structure showed labor to gather the primary industry, secondary industry and the service sector is less labor input and the service sector investment in fixed assets is too low efficiency characteristics. To increase the service industry development, increase its proportion in the national economy.2, and the degree of correlation between the level of specialization services gradually improved. Currently the service sector in economic development gradually showing basic characteristics of the industry, the role of the linkage with other sectors to enhance and increase their industry output value, added value ratio rises, the future good development. At the same time, dependence on the development of other sectors of the service industry in reducing the industry to develop their own independence enhance the role of other industries rely on the service sector is growing.3, value added services accounted liquidity declined, but other industries associated with the effect of rising; consumer services role in promoting economic growth is weak; the rapid development of producer services, industry related degree rise; social service sector independence enhanced. Meanwhile, we must continue to accelerate the development of circulation service industry, and promote the development of new logistics and guide road traffic dominant industry turnover; producer services holding traditional pillar industry in the financial industry, real estate development, and increase the iT industry and scientific research, technical services and other industries, encourage its integration with other industries.
