Analysis Of Qingdao Beer Working Capital Management Based On Channel Perspective

Working capital management is an important centent of financial management.The operating efficiency of working capital determines the survival and development of enterprises to a great extent.Based on the channel theory,this paper selects Tsingtao beer,which is ranked first in both market performance and working capital management efficiency in Chinese food and beverage industry,to analyze the working capital of Tsingtao beer from three different aspects of business activities,and finds out the shortcomings of Tsingtao beer and gives some suggestions for improvement.This article separates into six parts.Part one: introduction.Firstly,it explains the research setting,goal and meaning of this thesis,afterafterwards introduces the research experience and development process of working capital management at home and abord,finally shows the research thinking and ways of this thesis.The second part: the theoretical basis of working capital management theory and channel management theory.Through comparative analysis,we find the shortcomings of traditional working capital management and the advantages of working capital management from the perspective of channel adopted in this paper,and classify working capital.The third part: Qingdao beer in the channel perspective of working capital management analysis.Firstly,the basic situation of Tsingtao beer is briefly introduced.secondly,the management and financial situation of Tsingtao beer are introduced.through the comparison with the industry data,the problems in the management of Tsingtao beer are analyzed.then,the current situation of working capital management of Tsingtao beer business activities is studied from three aspects of procurement,production and sales.The fourth part: find out the problems and reasons of Tsingtao beer's working capital management from the perspective of channel.Based on the analysis of working capital management of Tsingtao beer business activities,the paper finds out the problems such as the accumulation of raw materials in Tsingtao beer purchasing link,excessive investment in market expansion in production link and unsalable products in sales link.Part five: suggestions on improving the management of working capital of Tsingtao beer.Through the above analysis of the present situation of working capital management of Tsingtao beer,the author puts forward some suggestions such as strengthening supplier management,improving production efficiency and strengthening distribution channel control.Part six: conclusion and outlook.By the study of this thesis,we not only have a deeper understanding of the management and development of Tsingtao beer,but also have a far-reaching prospect for the development of the whole industry.Based on the integration of channel theory and working capital management theory,this paper analyzes the working capital of Tsingtao beer,fully demonstrates the influence of channel management theory on enterprise management,and shows us a new perspective of working capital management theory with a more complete and perfect method.
