The post value measurement is the foundation of constructing fair,competitive,and motivated salary system.But when it comes to post measurement application,generally the blindness exists in Chinese enterprises.It is common that the objectives and target results of post evaluation are weakened due to inappropriate evaluation methods and unscientific result application approach.It makes the company stuck into the conflicts of enterprise fairness and level control efficiency.This paper takes the theoretical research as the basis and tries to research on the conflict problems between enterprise management efficiency and internal fairness for our group and diversified enterprise model.It uses literature review,compare analysis,interview,and case study as methods to analyze post value application's current situation and problems for Chinese enterprises,especially group and diversified companies.Then the optimized evaluation model is constructed and case study is conducted based on the model.This article focuses on the status of application based on the value of job evaluation in our enterprises and the analysis of the problems and the limitations of the application of several commonly used job value evaluation methods.Based on the existing basic theory research,Law and market pricing law to design a set of "a point of law to set up a framework for the use of job classification method to guide the application of the market price of the presumption of the standard" conducive to the domestic groups,diversified scale flexible use of jobs Value evaluation optimization model,and carry out empirical research.It provides an objective and scientific reference of post value measurement for Chinese companies,and guidance of how to apply it in practical.Meanwhile,the paper discussed the application in diverse salary system.It also discussed how the post measurement can have impact on enterprise responsibility system,employee selection,and level control management.It offers direction to build up a Chinese modern enterprise human resource system.
