At present the country to promote the Internet plus industry rapid development,the results continue to emerge,caused a great shock to the traditional industry,completely changed the commercial pattern.In this context,the rural e-commerce has also been given a great mission,especially the opinion on speeding up the development of rural e-commerce by the Ministry of Commerce(No.78 of State Office[2015]78)issued by the Ministry of Commerce(No.78 of the State Office[No.78])to highlight the importance of the development of e-business in rural areas,and provide various practical preferential policies for the development of rural electricity.Sub commerce is given great support and attention.Guizhou province has issued special policy documents for the development of Electronic Commerce three years ago,such as the Circular of the provincial government office of the provincial people's Government on the implementation of the implementation plan for the development of rural e-commerce in Guizhou province(Guizhou Government Office(2015)20).The leading group and the electricity supplier office will improve the top-level design of the development of e-commerce.This paper makes an analysis of the development of electronic commerce in Guizhou Province,and uses the scientific theory of rural e-business as the support point,so as to do real and field investigation of the actual operation of Guizhou e-commerce.The main problems are as follows:First,the rural e-commerce propaganda is not enough.Many people are only impressed by the electronic commerce service station or the "rural Taobao" service station in the village.As for their role,only the original sales department has changed a door.Secondly,the rural e-commerce and basic facilities are not perfect,the electronic commerce system and the socialized poverty alleviation have no organic combination,the systematic and social participation of poverty alleviation is low,even if the society is willing to form the willingness to help the poor farmers,but there is no effective working mechanism or system support,electronic commerce.It is difficult to maintain the persistence of poverty alleviation.Third,the farmers are affected by the traditional consciousness,the production of commodity production and selling more,commodity awareness,brand awareness needs to be improved,some farmers have the desire to develop or use e-commerce,but there is no relevant systems or supporting equipment support,farmers have no place to hope,only to look at the net.Fourthly,the operation consciousness and resource integration ability of rural e-commerce operators have become obstacles to the development of rural e-commerce.In view of the above problems,this paper designs an accurate poverty alleviation e-commerce platform,which is composed of business architecture,trading platform,online transaction,safety traceability,and Agricultural Internet of things production management module.It will combine the accurate poverty reduction and the electronic commerce,the social assistance poverty alleviation and the accurate poverty alleviation"one gang",the good desire of the farmer development and the commodity consciousness,the brand consciousness,the production and the sale and so on together to form the accurate poverty alleviation electronic commerce platform together.From the choice of help to the push of consumer goods,the poor farmers are set priority.The integration of existing resources will help the society pay attention to,help and care for the poor,help to solve the problems of farmers' production and sales,let the poor farmers participate in the market economy,enjoy the dividend of the reform and e-commerce,and let the poor farmers build up the confidence and determination to get rich by the electricity sub business.
