Since China entered the era of market economy,more and more companies have grown up as fast as spring bamboo shoots,and market competition has become fiercer.Therefore,if modern enterprises want to develop in a healthy and sustainable manner in a new era,they must improve their operations and management levels.As a result,their requirements for operators are also getting higher and higher,and they are gradually exceeding their capabilities.At this point,it led to the separation of corporate ownership and management rights,and commissioned agency theory came into being.In order to maximize the company's interests in this form of separation of powers,more and more companies are now adopting equity incentive programs to adjust.Equity incentives make employees better able to work for the company by giving employees certain shares.Since China's SME boards have been opened since the beginning of the year,more and more companies have also started to implement equity incentive plans because most SME boards companies are characterized by high growth and employees are generally younger,so compared to giving them salaries or other short-term benefits.In terms of incentives,employees prefer to obtain long-term benefits.As a result,equity incentives have also become hot in small and medium-sized boards.Of course,many problems have emerged and some successful cases have emerged in the process of implementation.In the practice of many equity incentive companies,this article selected Zoneco Company,a small and medium board company,as a research case.Firstly,the paper analyzes the research background,research significance and research methods of equity incentive of Zoneco,and then expresses the possible innovations and deficiencies of the content of the article,and then introduces the relevant theoretical basis of equity incentive and the reading of the article.General narrative and review.After that,it focused on an analysis of the plan for equity incentives in Zoneco,including the profile and motivation of equity incentives in Zoneco,financial indicators,agency costs,implementation in the industry,and market reactions.On the basis of the above analysis,the problems existing in the Zoneco equity incentive plan are summarized,and finally some plan improvements are made for Zoneco to continue to implement the equity incentives,absorbing the previous deficiencies,and continuing to introduce new ones for the later years of Zoneco.The equity incentive plan provides some useful guidelines and recommendations.Finally,this article reviews the article and summarizes what details need to be taken into account when implementing equity incentives for companies in the SME boards market.What are the successful experiences that need to be summarized,and hope to provide some help to the implementation of equity incentives for listed companies in SME boards.
