China's capital market has developed rapidly in recent years,simultaneously more and more companies have begun to seek listing.The auditng effect of the Certified Public Accountant which belongs to third-party auditing accountants is particularly prominent.Then whether the company can be successfully listed depends on the audit report.However,the Certified Public Accountants audit failures is not uncommon.Recently,a large number of companies have gone public through IPO.And some companies can not been able to meet the qualifications for listing.In order to be successfully listed,they have carried out illegal acts such as inflated assets,fictitious profits,and forged financial statements.This not only reduces the accounting industry credibility,but also causes huge losses to the investors.Under these circumstances,it is necessary to study the causes of IPO audit failure cases in view of the characteristics of China's market economy.This paper takes the auditing failure of Jiuhao Group which owns“Logistic Internet” as its research object.Starting from the relevant concepts and new features of IPO audit failures,this part also introduces the relevant theoretical basis of IPO audit failures.Then the case of the IPO audit failures of Jiuhao Group is studied,it reveals financial frauds of Jiuhao Group and new features of fraud.This part focus on the deep-rooted causes of audit failure and corresponding countermeasures.From a practical point of view,this paper analyzes the fraud methods of Jiuhao Group and the misjudgment of the auditors during the audit process.It can be summarized how to prevent audit failures and assure the quality of audits.At the same time,it will improve the credibility of the audit industry.Finally,reducing the possibility of audit failure will help optimize the efficiency of China's capital market.
