Excellent trader has been banks, funds, investment company’s most important talent. Trading team transaction level and stability, has a direct impact on the performance of the company. In our country the development of financial investment industry is still a large gap with the developed countries, most trading company lack of stable trading team support for ong time. Trader’s frequent turnover lead the trading technology and trading experience loss, and makes the enterprise recruitment cost, employee training cost, customer maintenance cost ncrease, have a serious impact on the enterprise development.Aiming at the Xi’an area spot trading Proxy Companies traders excessive drain problem nvestigation, Based on careful study of relevant literature turnover research, decided to urnover of staff from the two aspects of job satisfaction and occupation burnout perspectives. Through interviews, questionnaires to collect data, the information collected by SPSS 19.0 oftware for processing. Analysis on the relationship between job satisfaction, occupation ournout and turnover intention, and on this basis, propose targeted relative management uggestions. Conclusions are as follows:、Section dimensions of job satisfaction, burnout, turnover intention there are significant lifferences in demographic characteristics variables. Different gender, seniority, industry cxperienced staff in job satisfaction, turnover intention and job burnout exists partially limension significant difference, marital status, educational background, etc. No significant lifferences in the level.2、The relationship between job satisfaction, occupation burnout and turnover intention is:(1) The Job satisfaction is negative correlation with the demission intention;(2) Job burnout is ositively correlated with the demission intention; (3) The Job satisfaction is negative correlation with the three dimensions of iob burnout;(4) Occupation burnout had significant oredictability on job satisfaction, which be cynical, working feeling two dimensions there re73.0% explanatory power on job satisfaction.
