With the rapid development of China's economy the banking industry has experienced a rapid development stage,at this stage the bank's financial risk is the main risk facing the banking sector,control the financial risk,the slightest mistake will bring economic losses to the bank.In addition when the legal transaction with the bank or individual level in bank credit rating reduction will bring credit default risk.Since the U.S.subprime mortgage crisis,many small and medium-sized enterprise survival environment is worsening,the deposit reserve rate increases as the banking industry is gradually entering the monetary tightening,aiming at the frequent vicious spiral of bad debt,commercial bank risk,liquidity risk,credit risk,operational risk,market risk is often the focus of most concern,and ignore the risks of commercial banks.And the management of any bank is based on the evaluation and management of the bank's financial situation.The evaluation and management of the financial risks of commercial banks is the inevitable requirement of the steady operation of commercial banks.Because the financial risk of commercial banks runs through the whole process of bank capital movement,it has an inevitable impact on the assets gain and loss of banks.In this paper,through empirical analysis of KH bank to other domestic commercial banks for reference,through the introduction of commercial banks in risk prediction system is conducive to the early warning ability of commercial banks to financial risks,financial risk is to establish system of financial risk assessment in advance.This paper focuses on related theories of relevant theories of financial risk,it is discussed from the three aspects of basic concepts of financial risk,financial risk management theory,financial risk management of commercial banks.The basic concepts of financial risk mainly elaborates the concept of financial risk of commercial bank,and introduces the characteristics of financial risk of commercial bank;financial risk management theory introduces the theory of asset management,liability management theory,the theory of overall risk management;financial risk management of commercial banks are discussed in this paper.The financial risk of commercial banks and the financial risk management of commercial banks methods.This paper mainly introduces the current situation of the financial risk management of KH bank,this paper first introduces the basic situation of KH bank,and Bank of KH operation of the main indicators of assets and liabilities,profit and loss,the structure of non-performing loans and overdue loans,the key indicators are introduced.Then,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the financial risk management of KH bank.Firstly,this paper analyzes the existing KH bank financial risk management,the main problems include excessive in high risk business,but the risk of insufficient understanding of the importance of debt management,lead to the design of liquidity is not strong,the financial information management system is not perfect,the KH flow of bank loans can not meet the rapid loan growth and the construction of financial the risk warning system,corresponding to the above problems are analyzed,the reason is the quality of personnel structure is not balanced,the establishment of financial risk early warning system,asset transfer is slow and the branches of financial risk management is not perfect,the security of assets management is not perfect.Finally,this paper mainly discussed the Countermeasures of KH bank financial risk management,this article from the establishment of risk management system architecture,perfect risk management and enhance staff awareness of risk management,strengthen the credit risk supervision system construction,improve business process research,cultivate five aspects of health risk management culture is studied.
