Research On The Effect Of Supply Chain Partnership On Operating Performance From Manufacturing Industry In China

The position of companies in the value chain has also been put to the test because of the increasingly fierce competition in the market and external resources and the change in the manufacturing model.The latest survey shows that China's manufacturing industry has undergone major changes,especially industry concentration has continued to increase and rising raw material prices and rising transportation costs in the manufacturing industry have become more apparent.Many companies have sought cooperation and joined the camp to get out of the dilemma of survival and development.Strong and cooperative camps mainly rely on supply chain partnerships.Many companies expect to improve their competitive ability in market.It is ultimately necessary to maintain close relationships with their upstream suppliers and downstream customers to share resources by good and close supply chain partnerships.Therefore,it is more and more important to discuss the supply chain partnerships of manufacturing companies.As the cooperation between enterprises continues to deepen,the impact of supply chain partnerships on business performance is gradually being focused on management and scholars.Based on the background,this paper focuses on the two aspects of the supply chain partnership's concentration and trust on the performance of the company's operating assets to explore its impact path.The overall path analysis method explores the two main paths of the impact of concentration and trust of supply chain partnerships on business performance:core profitability and operating asset turnover.It also discusses the influence of the degree of concentration and trust of supply chain partnership on the overall business performance of the company.At the same time,under the different nature of property rights and the ability to grow,the path of supply chain partnership and business performance are compared and analyzed.This paper draws the following conclusions on the research:First,the higher the degree of supplier concentration and the degree of trust that the company obtains from suppliers has a significant negative effect on core profitability,but a significant positive effect on the turnover rate of operating assets.The higher the degree of concentration of corporate customers and the degree of trust given to customers has a significant positive effect on core profitability,but a significant negative effect on the turnover rate of operating assets.The impact of the opposite is reversed.Second,the core profit rate and operating asset turnover rate have a significant positive effect on the overall operating performance of the enterprise.The core profit rate has a greater impact on the overall operating performance than the operating asset turnover rate has on the overall performance.Third,the higher the degree of concentration in corporate supply chain partnerships,the lower the overall operating performance.The higher the supplier's trust in supply chain partnerships,the higher the overall operating performance.The higher the degree of trust given to customers,the overall operating performance is not significant.There are significant differences in the nature of the different property rights and growth capabilities of supply chain partnerships for the company's business performance path.Different companies have different impact paths.
