In the complex and changeable situation,the key factors of competitive advantage begin to shift from the physical form of products and equipment to the non-physical form of knowledge and technology.R&D projects rely on R & D center,the research direction is mostly based on the foundation and the application basis,the performance evaluation model is still unclear or a mere formality.Therefore,it is the most important of performance management to establish a reasonable and effective integrated performance evaluation method for R & D project and play the role of performance leverage.The process of R&D enterprise project performance evaluation involves the constraints of many influencing factors.The interaction of influencing factors,the whole and the environment constitutes a dynamic and complex system.Therefore,an accurate,effective,and scientific R&D project performance assessment needs to be assisted by using a systematic and dynamic thought model.First of all,the thesis takes the R&D enterprise project as the research object to analyze the characteristics of performance evaluation,and introduces the concept of integrated performance to form the theoretical basis and research system of the simulation model.Secondly,it analyzes the influencing factors of all levels under the three dimensions of integration object project-team-personnel,and considers the soft performance constraints such as atmosphere and value,proposes corresponding index measurement methods,weight setting methods,and establishes the overall structure and evaluation of integrated performance of R&D projects;Thirdly,This paper screens,removes and associates the integrated performance evaluation indicators,builds a causality diagram of the internal influence relationships of the factors,establishes the system dynamics model through the flow rate equation,and uses Vensim to simulate simulations.According to the social background and the actual situation,the rationality of the model is verified,and the data of the current development situation is supported according to the simulation trend.The software simulation result can be applied as the standard performance value to the leverage operation adjustment.Through comparative analysis,the risk difference items in the project operation are discovered in time,and the cause analysis and decision-making suggestions are provided for the risk indicators that affect performance.
