Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Agricultural Products Supply Chain Integrated Operation

In present society, we have transferred our demand for vegetables, fruits, eggs and meat from the increase of quantity to the quality improvement. Green, fresh, pollution-free agricultural products Convenient and Convenient and efficient supporting services become the primary focus of customer. Therefore, vertically integrated supply chain of agricultural products which have high quality, efficiency and speed have been popularized and applied in China’s large and medium cities. The high quality integrated supply chain of agricultural products involves many steps, such as planting, picking, transporting, storing, circulating, fresh keeping, distributing and so on, which means that it is necessary to have a sound and suitable supply chain management in order to achieve the optimal goal which provide a high level service while costing less in the operation of the whole supply chain. Therefore, we need to make a performance evaluation by establishing a performance evaluation system and evaluation model. Performance evaluation is not only the key link of supply chain management, but the necessary link to evaluate the competitiveness of enterprises in the supply chain and examine the overall operation of the supply chain. It is also a scientific method to improve the operation status of agricultural products supply chain.Firstly, combined with the purpose of this paper, it expounds the meaning of "integration" and "integration" in the supply chain, and sorts out the concept of the integration of the supply chain, and gives the concept and deep meaning of the integrated agricultural products supply chain. This paper also analyzes the current integration business model of agricultural products supply chain’s, and make a prediction for its future trend. Secondly. Based on SCOR, BSC, KPI model and combined with the performance concerns of agricultural products supply chain, this paper establishes a performance evaluation index system about agricultural products supply chain integration operation by using theoretical analysis and interview method. It has four dimensions including overall level of collaboration, members of the strength of enterprises, integrated operation level and the level of information coordination. Thirdly, this paper builds a supply chain performance evaluation model based on BP neural network. Then, by introducing the rough set theory, it constitutes a performance evaluation optimization model based on rough set and BP neural network. Finally, by establishing two performance evaluation index models with the aid of Rosetta and MATLAB tools, this paper makes a research on the current situation of Hebei agricultural products supply chain integration. We obtains the corresponding performance results through the analysis and comparison, and gives some improvement measures and management recommendations to the managers.
