Research On The Path Of Intelligent Development Level Of Equipment Manufacturing In Heilongjiang Province

The equipment manufacturing industry of our country in the process of the whole economic development occupies the important position,not only can promote China's economic status in the world,also can promote the country's employment,the development of equipment manufacturing industry has permeated all aspects of our daily life.Heilongjiang province is one of the important old industrial bases in northeast China,and the development level of its equipment manufacturing industry also affects the development level of China's economy,hence,the state attaches great importance to its development status of the future.Since 2003,the CPC central committee and the state council have continuously invested and revitalized the old industrial base in northeast China,which has consumed a lot of manpower,material resources and financial resources,but the result is not that good.For a long time,the influence of the planned economy system and heavy industrial layout in the economic development of northeast old industrial base is difficult to adapt to the requirement of economic development in the new period,and the northeast of the equipment manufacturing industry have not been able to fundamentally achieve the upgrading,which seriously inhibit the development of the northeast equipment manufacturing industry,therefore,we must take measures as soon as possible to realize the upgrading of the northeast equipment manufacturing industry.In recent years,with the German "4.0" and American" industrial Internet plan" being put forward,our country put forward the "made in China 2025 strategy" in 2015,and the strategy of manufacturing intelligent development will become the future development direction of manufacturing industry.In this context,it is necessary to improve the intelligent level of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province.By using economic theory.this paper analyzes the overall development of the current state of the equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province and its equipment manufacturing technology innovation.In the light of the current developing situation of the equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province and a series of problems,we analyze the reason and discovery that the development of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province has the characteristics of the low output and low efficiency in the aspect of industrial innovation.There are irrational industrial structure with industry big but not strong,which seriously affect the development of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province.Followed by the analysis of the current situation of the development trend of current manufacturing and of China's seven major manufacturing total factor productivity calculation and analysis,found that affect the manufacturing total factor productivity growth fluctuation is mainly thanks to intelligent technical progress,emphasizes the intrinsic value of the intelligent manufacturing,but also found that Chinese manufacturing efficiency is relatively slow,so need to constantly enhance the level of manufacturing intelligence development in our country and further combining with the level of intelligence development status of the equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province,enhance the level of intelligent equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province were introduced in detail in the path of the method.Finally,according to the above analysis,we put forward some corresponding countermeasures on how to speed up the intelligent level improvement of the equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province,including using classification guide to build intelligent new mode,improving the innovation mechanism by making solid foundation,carrying forward the crafting quality and building multi-dimensional pattern,strengthening industrial cooperation to make intelligent system,optimizing the industrial ecology to deepen reform of the system,which will improve the intelligent level of the equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province continuously.
