With the tide of economic globalization,China's economic development is also moving forward steadily and progressing steadily.Under the new form,enterprises must continue to develop and occupy a place in the big environment.The media industry,which belongs to the cultural industry,is also in it.It follows the national "13th Five-Year" cultural reform plan,layout the financial strategy,and the financial strategy based on the value chain of the media industry is fully conforming to the needs of the national development.Unlike previous enterprises' goal of maximizing profits,maximizing enterprise value has become a new goal.The value chain creates value for the enterprise,from the design,development,mass production,promotion and after-sales service of the enterprise throughout the whole process of enterprise development.In this paper,we choose a typical media company to study,use the value chain to guide the adjustment of the financial strategy,improve their competitiveness,and achieve good results in the industry competition,and have a positive significance for the development of the whole industry.This paper combs the related literature of value chain and financial strategy at home and abroad.After explaining the theory of value chain,financial strategy and competitive strategy,this paper makes a case analysis of A media company.This paper briefly introduces the business scope of A media company and A media company,extends the development of A media company to the development of media industry and the value chain of media industry,and then analyzes the value chain of A media company based on the theory of value chain.Then the financial strategy related theory and the value chain related theory are connected and coupled,and the A media company based on the value chain financial strategy choice motivation is summarized,and the A media company financial strategy implementation based on value chain is systematically analyzed,including private financing channel strategy,multi angle investment strategy,and customer value chain oriented system value-added warfare.A brief account of the financial strategy of overseas layout.Based on the implementation of the financial strategy,the average financial data of 22 listed companies in the same industry in the last six years and in 2017 are analyzed,and the effects of the adjustment of financial strategy on the comprehensive ability of A media companies are analyzed.According to the results of related financial analysis,the three points are summed up:the implementation of the value chain financial strategy is conducive to the vigorous development of the enterprise,the adjustment of the financial strategy should have the global consciousness,and the experience of the outstanding enterprises should be actively absorbed.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions for improving the implementation of A's financial strategy.
