Food safety issues have been widely concerned in recent years.In order to solve food safety hazards from the source of food processing,the whole industry chain mode emerged in the food industry.With the rapid development of China's capital market,some enterprises have begun to expand the scale of the industry.The whole industry chain mode has gradually been promoted to the medical,tourism,e-commerce and other industries as a strategic means.As an emerging development mode,the impact of the whole industry chain on enterprise development is still in the stage of exploration and practice.The realization of the whole industry chain layout poses new challenges to the company's capital base and capital integration capabilities.While using the whole industry chain mode to integrate resources,enterprises also face potential financial risks under the whole industry chain mode,and may further trigger the “chain reaction” of the entire internal industry chain.In order to understand the financial status of China's enterprises under the whole industry chain mode more accurately,and put forward specific effective measures for reference,this paper analyzes the impact of the whole industry chain mode on corporate financial management in detail,and discusses the food enterprise countermeasures for financial risks under the whole industry chain mode.In order to analyze the mechanism of the whole industry chain on food enterprises more effectively,this paper selects the HY Group and two companies in the food industry for comparative analysis,with different links and stages of its development.The main line identifies the financial risks that may arise from the whole industry chain mode,and further improves and optimizes the financial risk prevention mechanism of the enterprise by combining current innovation technologies,with a view to proposing effective countermeasures for enterprises to implement the whole industry chain strategy steadily.Taking the case analysis as the main research method in the course of the study,this paper studies the current situation of the whole industry chain mode of HY Group and its financial risk.First of all,this paper sorts out the development status of the whole industry chain mode of food enterprises,and interprets the financial risks of the whole industry chain mode.Then,based on the identified financial risks,this paper uses the event research method and financial analysis method to analyze the action mechanism of the whole industry chain mode on the financial risk of HY Group,and attribute the financial risk to the whole industry chain mode of HY Group: excessive layout,unbalanced investment,lagging strategic effects and failure of collaborative management.In general,although the whole industry chain mode is in line with the basic requirements for enterprise development and expansion,it is also more likely to trigger financial pressures in the process of building an internal industry chain system,leading to financing risks,investment risks,capital recovery risks and financial integration risks.Through case analysis,this paper concludes that it is necessary for food enterprises to conduct financial risk management under the whole industry chain mode.First,in the process of implementing the whole industry chain,enterprises are faced with the problem of over-size layout.They need to keep down occupied funds,improve the financial risk early warning system,so as to avoid the funding risk.Second,when operating the whole industry chain,investment is out of balance.Only by re-determining the investment focus,enhancing the core competitiveness can we ensure that the industries are in a balanced state.Third,the strategic effect of this mode is lagging behind.It is necessary to strengthen the management of supply chain links and exert the internal market effect.Fourth,standardize the management system of the group and realize the transformation of the management system in response to the failure of collaborative management.The advanced management system can cope with the integration risks in the expansion process.Starting from the characteristics of the whole industry chain,this paper demonstrates the financial risks of each link under different implementation schedules,and realizes the innovation of research content and research methods.
