Research On Synergy Effect Between Diversification Strategy And Organizational Structure Of Enterprises

Diversification strategy is one of the important strategies of enterprises and plays an important role in the sustainable development of enterprises.Some studies have shown that there is a close relationship between diversification strategy and organizational structure.Adjust the organizational structure according to the strategy is one of the keys to success.This paper introduces the concept of diversification strategy and sort out the current research status of organizational structure and diversification strategy.Divided enterprise organization structure into three types: U-form,H-form and M-form.The entropy index is used to measure the related diversification degree and the unrelated diversification degree of the enterprise,and ROA is used to measure performance of enterprise.Use scale age and debt rate of enterprise as control variables,the synergistic effect model of enterprise diversification strategy and organizational structure is constructed,and the relationship between two kinds of diversification degree and enterprise performance in Chinese listed enterprises is analyzed,and Synergy effect between diversification strategy and organizational structure of enterprises has been tested.The results show that the degree of overall diversification and the degree of related diversification of the enterprise will significantly optimize the performance of the enterprise;and compared with the overall degree of diversification,the related diversification has a greater role in promoting the enterprise performance,and the relationship between the unrelated diversification and the enterprise performance is not obvious;There is synergy effect between related strategy and M-form organizational structure,also between the unrelated diversification strategy and H organizational structure.
