Since the beginning of the 21st century,the global aviation industry has been developing rapidly.According to the global air transport association(IATA),the global air transport carried more than 3.7 billion passengers in 2016 and the number keeps increasing.According to Boeing's report,the market value of aviation industry will exceed $6.1 trillion in the future.Aircraft component,as a significant sector of aviation industry,is an important guarantee of the daily operation of fleet.With the expansion of the global aircraft fleet size,aircraft component industry gets great development,including not only the expansion of its supply chain market but also the development of its third-party involving management model.HNA Group,As China's fourth largest aviation group,establishes an independent aircraft component company to further expand the group's business chain of aircraft component and enhance group's profitability.Such development could also help integrate HNA Group's business chain and then help lower the overall operating cost.However,there's still a big gap between the new built aircraft component company and the vested strategic objective.On the basis of reviewing the current aircraft component market as well as the situation of HNA aircraft component company,this paper analyzes problems faced along with the development from both the macro-strategic and supply chain managing aspects,and proposes suggestions considering the development strategies for the future.This paper reviews on previous research results at home and abroad,then summarizes the main conclusions and references and points out the limitation on the theory and method of them.On this basis,considering the three characteristics of aircraft component company and industry,namely high value,high management requirements,high professional requirements,this paper researches and analyzes the development strategy of aircraft component company,which is differentiated from general enterprise's development strategy.This paper will firstly analyze the management strategy of aircraft component supply chain after the enterprization of its aircraft component business,using SWOT model and comprehensive analysis.It is expected to conclude an idea of optimizing HNA's aircraft component supply chain management based on the analyzing result and set out a management strategy accordingly.This paper will also analyze domestic four Free Trade Zone policy and disadvantages,to provide strategic basis for selection of material company was set up.Mainly,there are seven parts in this paper,which respectively are exordium,literature review,present situation and problems of HNA aircraft components business,internal and external environmental analysis,HNA aircraft components company's development and management strategy,the implementation of HNA aircraft components company's development strategy,the development safeguard measure and the summary.
