As an important part of the whole society,enterprises shoulder the unshirkable responsibility of improving the environment,and employee pro-environment behavior is a vital part of the sustainable development of organizational environment.Under the current trend of green transformation,many enterprises have begun to embrace green development concept,promote green projects,however,both the implementation of the environmental protection project and the management of the enterprise daily management,every link is inseparable from the employees to participate in,say,employees' behavior determines the success or failure of the enterprise green transformation.If the employee's behavior is pro-environment,it will undoubtedly bring great benefit to the sustainable development of the enterprise.In fact,not only can employees influence the organization,but organizations can also influence employees.As a member of the organization,the employee's thought and behavior are more or less influenced by organization,enterprise's many incentives have great effect on the direction and degree of employee's behavior.So,do the environmental incentives of enterprise level have a significant impact on the pro-environment behavior of employees?If so,what is the specific mechanism? Discussing these problems has certain theoretical significance on the performance and law of analysising the pro-environment behavior of individuals in the organization,and has important practical significance on enterprises to realize green transformation,obtain competitive advantage.Based on the behavioral theory,organizational identification theory and social exchange theory,this paper constructs the research model of influence mechanism which takes environmental protection incentive-employee pro-environment behavior as the main line,takes organizational identity as a mediating variable and psychological contract as a moderating variable.And the measurement scales of correlation variables are designed on the basis of predecessors' research achievements,empirical analysis is carried out on the survey data of 332 employees,the hypotheses in this paper are examined through factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,and thetheoretical model is further modified.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The overall performance of employee pro-environment behavior is in general,and the performance of employee pro-environment behavior of private sector is slightly better than that of public domain.(2)The overall score of environmental incentives is not high,in comparison,incentive and punishment measures are poor,and environmental standards and concepts are better.(3)Two dimensions of environmental protection incentive-environmental protection system incentives and environmental protection cultural incentives,all have significant positive impacts on employee pro-environment behavior.(4)Organizational identification has a significant mediating effect on the relationship between environmental incentives and environmental behaviors of employees in the private sector,but there is no intermediary role between environmental incentives and environmental behaviors of employees in the public domain.(5)Relational psychological contract can significantly regulate the relationship between environmental protection cultural incentive and the public domain employees pro-environment behavior.According to the conclusions of the study,the following countermeasures and suggestions are obtained: we should improve environmental protection culture incentives,innovate environmental protection system incentives,and further increase environmental incentives;create multi-stage communication and sharing platform to strengthen employee organization identification;pay attention to individual informal demand,improve employee psychological contract.The possible innovations of this paper are as follows: First,the topic is exploratory,based on the micro subject of employees,quantitative research on the influence mechanism of environmental incentives on employee pro-environmental behavior is done;Second,the research content is innovative,on the basis of predecessors' research,multiple disciplines knowledge is integrated,and the research model of influence mechanism is constructed,which takes environmental protection incentive-employee pro-environment behavior as the main line,takes organizational identity as a mediating variable and takes psychological contract as a moderating variable,thus to enrich theresearch in the field of environmental protection.
