Study On Operating Performance Of Agricultural Listed Company—A Framework Of Industrialization

Agriculture is the basic industry of the national economy,and the development of agriculture is an important part of China's socioeconomic development.General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed a strategy for the promotion of rural areas in the 19th National Congress report.The report emphasizes that agriculture,rural areas,and peasant issues are fundamental issues related to the national economy and people's livelihood.It is necessary to build a modern agricultural industrial system,.a production system,and an operation system,improve the agricultural support and protection system,and promote the integration of rural primary,secondary,and tertiary industries.From this we can see that the issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is the most important thing in China's economic and social development.Agricultural listed companies are representatives of advanced agricultural productivity in our country and are an important subject for realizing the industrialization of agriculture.The development of listed agricultural companies is of great significance in adjusting the structure of agricultural industry,realizing the industrialization of agriculture,improving agricultural performance and international competitiveness,and advancing China's agricultural modernization.In recent years,China's agricultural industrialization management has gradually matured,and agricultural development has also made gratifying achievements.The industrialization of agriculture has provided effective guarantee for the advancement of China's agricultural modernization.On the other hand,we also see that the overall operating performance of listed agricultural companies is declining,which affects the market competitiveness and sustainability of agricultural enterprises.Based on this,this paper studies the performance of agricultural listed companies.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the development of China's agricultural industry and speed up the process of agricultural modernization by comprehensively evaluating the performance of agricultural listed companies and finding effective ways to improve their performance.Based on the review of relevant literature and theories of agricultural industrialization and enterprise performance evaluation,this paper focuses on the analysis of the status quo of agricultural listed companies and their relationship with agricultural industrialization.Based on the empirical analysis results,it proposes to improve agricultural listed companies from the perspective of industrialization.Several key points of business performance:strengthen investment in the industry chain,support leading enterprises to become bigger and stronger,improve the agricultural product market system,and increase agricultural preferential policies.In the analysis and analysis of this study,the first is to analyze the influencing factors of agricultural listed companies' operating performance from the perspective of industrialization through a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,and to use entropy weight method to derive the comprehensive value of agricultural listed companies' responsible and responsible.Fourth,stakeholders have an important impact on the performance of agricultural listed companies,but the impact is not the same.Reflecting the many limitations of the actual operation of agricultural listed companies,the basic points for improving the agricultural product market system and optimizing the development environment of the agricultural industry are proposed.Fifth,higher transaction costs will put pressure on business operations,leading to short-sighted choices in related decisions.The number of listed agricultural companies as industrialization leading enterprises is not much in the market.Based on reasonable policy preferences,enterprises can pay more attention to long-term development,thereby promoting the effective development of agricultural listed companies and improving their operating performance.
