Research On The Evolution Of Agricultural Listed Company Of China Based On Operating Performance

The agricultural listed companies as an important form of the development of agriculture industrialization are the important carrier to realize the industrialized operation of agriculture. To make the listed agricultural companies play a promoted effect on the industrialization of agriculture, our government has issued series of policies. However, Along with the continuous exposure of Agriculture listed company financial fraud and agriculture products quality, the agricultural listed companies’ sustainable development and social responsibility is being questioned. Therefore, Comprehensive analysis of the problems existed in the agricultural listed companies management process is important to improve agricultural listed companies’ operating performance. This article is based on the related issues to explore.Based on the evolution of industrial organization theory and enterprise operating performance evaluation theory, the article review and summarize domestic and foreign scholars’ study on listed company evolution, operating performance and agricultural listed companies’ capital structure, non-agricultural and policy support. Second,this article makes a statistic description of agricultural listed companies’ evolution characteristics in the past 22 years, The study found that the agricultural listed companies exist many problems, such as small asset scale, unreasonable capital structure and the main business of the non-agricultural. Then, the analysis focuses on the evolution of the agricultural listed companies’ operating performance, from the profit ability, operation ability and growth ability three aspects to measure business performance, study shows that the operating performance of agricultural listed are unstable. The evolution of China’s agricultural listed companies operating performance is divided into early three stages, three stages are early stage of evolution of business performance, improvement stage of evolution of business performance and adjust stage of evolution of business performance. Last, this article uses Stata statistical software to analyze the influence factors of agricultural listed companies operating performance, These factors include ownership structure, debt structure, technological innovation, government policy support, non-agricultural diversification and enterprise scale of six aspects in 14 indicators, also, suggestions to promote the healthy development of agricultural listed companies are presented, These suggestions include the fiscal and taxation support policy, creating external conditions, improve the efficiency of management decisions and optimize the ownership structure four aspects.
