Construction And Application Of Evaluation Index System For Anxi Leisure Tea Manor

In recent years,the importance of agricultural reform has become more prominent.The Central Document No.1 of 2018 pointed out that industrial prosperity is a key point for the revitalization of rural areas.It is necessary to persist in cultivating agriculture by quality,revitalizing agriculture by greening,persisting in structural reforms in the agricultural supply side,and accelerating the transition from a big agricultural country to a strong agricultural nation in China.Tea,as a traditional agricultural product with comparative advantages in China,continues to increase its influence in the international market,bringing new opportunities and challenges to the development of China's tea industry.However,in the course of its development,unprecedented bottlenecks have also been encountered.For example,the contradiction between supply and demand in the tea industry continues to deepen,the development of the tea industry is insufficient,and the information on the quality and safety of tea products is asymmetric.The benign ecological development of the tea industry urgently needs to inject new vitality.As an important breakthrough in the reform and development of the tea industry,leisure tea manors have brought about a feasible path for the transformation of the tea industry.This article takes Anxi County Leisure Tea Manor as the research object,applying experience economic theory,sustainable development theory,green industry theory and other theories,combined with field research situation,to make a brief analysis of the status of Anxi leisure tea manor development.Subsequently,the author proposed a multi-level fuzzy evaluation method to construct an evaluation index system for Anxi leisure tea manor,and determined the weights of each index by combining AHP and Delphi method.Then combined with fuzzy evaluation,a comprehensive evaluation of leisure tea manor was conducted;Taking Anxi Green Valley Tea Manor as an example to conduct an empirical analysis of the evaluation index system,the main research contents and research findings are as follows:Firstly,the expert consultation method was used to construct the evaluation system of Anxi leisure tea manor,including four levels:target level,system level,factor level,and indicator level.Among them,the target layer reflects the comprehensive development level of the leisure tea manor;the system layer is composed of four parts:manor location,ecological environment,manor tourism,manor management;and the element layer reflects the specific content of each system layer,including economic location,traffic location,and resources.There are eleven elements:location,park ecology,park environment,park climate,infrastructure,supporting services,production management,marketing management,and personnel management;the indicator layer consists of a total of 32 specific indicators for the content of the reaction factor layer.Second,the Delphi method is used to obtain expert's scores on the importance of each index,so as to obtain a pairwise comparison matrix and then calculate the weight value of each index.The weights in the system layer are:ecological environment(0.3827),manor location(0.2572),manor tourism(0.1919),manor management(0.1681),factorial(weight value≥0.1):park ecology(0.2367),infrastructure(0.1267),traffic location(0.1083)and economic location(0.1040);indicator layer(weight value≥0.05),including vegetation coverage,distance from pollution sources,spatial distance from tourist source to site selected,and urban residents' per capita control Six indicators such as income,air quality,and traffic convenience have a total weight of 0.4089.Thirdly,on this basis,the fuzzy evaluation method is used to decompose the evaluation indicators,so as to obtain five levels of tea manor evaluation:good,good,average,poor,and poor.Taking the Anxi Green Valley leisure tea manor as an example,an example analysis of the Anxi leisure tea manor evaluation system resulted in a score of 4.2188,which is a five-star leisure tea manor that has reached the national level.Grade tea manor standards.The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference evaluation system for the evaluation of leisure tea manors through the above analysis,and provide reference opinions for leisure tea manors,so that the thesis has certain practical significance.
