With the continuous development of the rural economy and the accelerating pace of urbanization,the urban and rural cultivated land resources have been occupied excessively due to the excessive construction land.Therefore it has been put on the agenda that restoring the cultivated land area,balancing the land structure and ensuring the balanced development of the grain supply in the process of urbanization,and the land reclamation has also been put on the agenda.As one kind of land reclamation planning,old village reclamation plays an important role in the process of urbanization.In the process of New Countryside Construction,we should reuse the idle land after making unified planning for construction land,so that it can be restored to arable land again.In the process of production and construction,We should take some ways to consolidate land,including digging,collapsing and pressing,so as to restore the available activities.This paper is based on the study of Dasi town in Pinghe County,studying the land reclamation planning of Dasi town in Pinghe County,firstly introducing the theory of the old village reclamation plan,investigating the basic situation of the land in Dasi town of Pinghe County.On the basis of feasibility analysis of land reclamation,we propose the theoretical hypothesis,analyzing land structure,index planning,organization and management and process design systematically.And analyzing that how to carry out effective guarantee in practice,we summarize the existing problems in the land reclamation in the Dashi town in Pinghe county and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Finally we carry out the benefit analysis according to the proposed reclamation planning.To affirm the significance of the land reclamation in the Dashi town of Pinghe county furtherly.To provide theoretical basis for land reclamation,and put forward constructive suggestions for the town of land reclamation planning..
