Under the background of "People's innovation,the People's Entrepreneurship" and the "Internet +" economic form,the Internet,as a new industry in China,has developed rapidly in China in recent years.The Internet enterprise takes the innovation and the technology as the enterprise's development power,the talent reserve is the important bargaining chip of the interconnection competition.Internet companies are trying to attract and retain talent with high salaries,however,the rate of talent turnover has always been higher.Welfare is an important part of enterprise salary management system,it plays an important role in attracting and retaining talents.The welfare benefits of the traditional GSP system are getting lower,which cannot meet the welfare demand of the"knowledge worker" of internet enterprises.It is imperative for Internet enterprises to combine the characteristics of industry,the characteristics of employees and the characteristics of enterprises to design scientific and reasonable flexible welfare system.This paper begins with the theory of elasticity welfare,and comprehensively combs the concept,characteristics and advantages of elastic welfare.Then take M Internet enterprise as the analysis object,through the On-the-spot investigation,the interview,the questionnaire survey and so on to understand M enterprise's welfare present situation,the employee welfare satisfaction,then analyzes the welfare existence question.Finally,according to the characteristics of M enterprises and the needs of employees,the design of flexible welfare programs and provide protection measures.Through the study,this article on the elastic benefits of the main conclusions are as follows:First,the main purpose of introducing flexible welfare system is to improve the incentive of welfare,to exert welfare benefit,to play a role in attracting and retaining talents,and to improve the talent competitiveness of enterprises;Secondly,the design of welfare content should be closely combined with the characteristics of employees and the characteristics of the industry.The personalized demand of "knowledge worker" in Internet enterprise is especially prominent,and the welfare content should pay attention to diversification and stratification.In addition,the Internet enterprise work intensity,heavy load,health care benefits should be paid attention to reflect the benefits of differentiation.Third,to make welfare work,the content of welfare should be stimulating and long-term.Motivation can improve the enthusiasm of employees,long-term to ensure the stability of employees.Finally,the design process of flexible welfare is full participation,the implementation process with data cloud platform can improve employee's welfare perception and deepen welfare experience value.The flexible welfare system has been paid more and more attention and application in recent years,and it is necessary for Internet enterprises to implement flexible welfare system in order to attract and retain talents.But the current case study on the flexible welfare system of Internet enterprises is very few,even few.I hope this research can provide reference for the introduction of flexible welfare system in Internet industry.
