Study Of The Problem About Transformation Of Village Inside City Of Wenzhou

Village in the city,refers to the residential areas from the rural villages still have evolved into original villages after being converted into residents,due to the expropriation of all or most of the arable land in the process of urbanization.Some scholars call these areas "urban villages.".With the acceleration of the urbanization process,any city must gradually develop to the surrounding areas with the urban centres as its core.Obviously,the dwarf houses in the village of the city can not keep up with the development of the city center,but also have many problems such as fire safety,environmental pollution and social stability.Therefore,the transformation of urban villages is bound to face a series of contradictory problems in the process of urban development.Since the reform and opening up,at the forefront of the country,urbanization process of Wenzhou has been accelerating,but the problem of "village in the city" has inevitably emerged.In order to ensure the process of urbanization,the transformation of "urban villages" has also been put on the agenda.However,the situation in the village of city in Wenzhou is complex at present.There are still many problems that need to be solved during the transformation of the "village of the village" in Wenzhou.If these problems are not effectively solved,it will affect the process of transformation in entire "village of the village".At the same time,it will also bring a lot of negative effects on the economic development and urbanization of Wenzhou.This research makes an in-depth discussion on the process,the problems and the suggestion in the transformation of Wenzhou village.Through this study,some feasible suggestions can be put forward for the transformation of Wenzhou village in city.
