A well-developed transport infrastructure is the basis for accelerating social activities and promoting information and material circulation.However,the funding problem has become a major problem for the construction of transportation infrastructure.Therefore,it is possible to attract the capital of the society and realize the PPP model of cooperation between the government and the private sector,and it is widely used throughout the world.However,due to the complexity of operation and operation of the traffic PPP project and the large number of stakeholders,the interest appeals and risk preferences of the various stakeholders are not the same,making the PPP project less successful.This paper mainly analyzes the key risks of revenue impact during the entire life cycle of a traffic PPP project,analyzes the risk conduction path,and provides a reference for the successful operation of transportation PPP projects.First of all,this paper proposes a research background based on the government's strong support for the construction of transportation infrastructure and various challenges in the development of transportation PPP projects in recent years,and then combines the current research status to determine the content and framework of this study.The next step is to identify the factors that affect the PPP project's impact on income risk at different stages of the life cycle.This article is based on the grounded theory approach,through literature reading,domestic and international traffic PPP project case analysis,and interviews with relevant experts to obtain the full lifespan of traffic PPP projects.There are 35 risk factors affecting revenue in the cycle.Then,on the basis of the identified traffic PPP items that affect the revenue risk factors,a questionnaire survey was conducted to initially explore the importance of the factors.And the use of questionnaire results for factor analysis,including: factor extraction,factor rotation,factor naming,factor scores and weight calculations.Finally,identify the key risk factors affecting the revenue of transportation PPP projects,namely,government departments' risk control,project demand revenue risk,financing risk,construction risk,private sector management control risk,and force majeure risk.Next,the research method of system dynamics is used to simulate the propagation path of the project income risk element in the whole life cycle.The causality diagram is used to study the feedback relationships between different phases of the life cycle,and according to the system dynamics risk inventory diagram,the risk factors affecting the project revenue are analyzed quantitatively,and the impact of the risk on the revenue is explored.Finally,we use the causality diagram and the risk inventory graph to study the conduction path of project revenue risk in the life cycle of transportation PPP project: government control risk conduction path,project demand benefit risk conduction path,construction financing risk conduction path,private sector management risk transmission path.Finally,combining the factor analysis to analyze the key risk factors affecting the project income and system dynamics,the risk conduction path in the whole life cycle,explores the traffic PPP project income distribution adjustment strategies in order to achieve a win-win outcome..
